    Sorry unable to decode this Tracking number. Please enter it in directly at the Courier companies website.

    HI there,

    I’m Ricky from justlaptops City store, we are using omins everyday. Now I have an issue on the tracking.

    1. under the invoice, add new tracking. I input the tracking number (NZ courier)
    2. I click the small icon after add the tracking number, and it’s link me to the NZcourier website.

    But, I have received this message after I clicked the small icon beside tracking number:

    “Sorry unable to decode this Tracking number. Please enter it in directly at the Courier companies website”

    Could you please help me to sort it out?

    We are using the system and have a problem.

    We have one address it’s non rural in system but it’s rural given by the courier in nz. Could you update the system and add it to rural? otherwise we have to pick it up manually every time. Thank you.

    Hi, I am a Trade Me seller, I found your product last week and quite interested in it, but I never use this kind of software before thus I am thinking if I can use it about one or two months for a trial? and also want to know how do you charge for using it?
