How to Set Up Payment Instructions in OMINS

Due to recent changes in TradeMe’s API, payment instruction emails that were generated from OMINS can no longer be used. To configure OMINS to send payment instructions via TradeMe, please follow these steps:

1. From your OMINS account go to settings -> promo group -> your promo group, then click on the trade me tab.

2. Under the After-auction email section, tick the “” checkbox. Also tick the “Send direct custom email from OMINS on auction close”.

3. Login to your TradeMe account and go to My Account -> Payment Instructions and set up the email as usual. These payment instructions will be emailed when an auction is won. This email can include your direct checkout link as follows:[your_OMINS_company_login_name]/checkout/

This checkout page will require custom data entry for the auction reference number and email which the buyer used on TradeMe.

Once you have logged into our secure checkout, you will be asked to enter your delivery address for the item(s) you have purchased, select any accessories and arrange payment.

Please proceed to our secure checkout no matter which method of payment you would like to use. Please use this form even if you’d like to pickup, as our address details will be provided on completion. This will help speed up the process of dispatch.  The details you provide will be automatically entered into our system, saving you from having to send them to us by email.

Delivery Notes:

1. The total payable is your bid, plus the shipping cost as per auction.

2. Your item(s) will be shipped on receipt of payment.

3 If you have any special shipping arrangements, please note this in the “comments” section of the address form and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

4. We always endeavour to ship your package the same day we receive your payment, however depending on which method you pay, it may take a couple of days or up to a week for us to receive the payment. We send a confirmation on dispatch and although delivery is generally overnight to most centers, it can take up to 4 days for rural or out of the way areas.
