If you need to ask an Easywholesale vendor any questions about the order after it has been processed/dispatched, these are the steps that need to be followed:

1. Go to Easywholesale -> Easywholesale Orders from the main menu and search for the desired order using the Easywholesale order ID, customer’s email or reference number.

2. Click on the order ID to open it in a new window.

3. Click on the Enquiries tab.

4.Press the new enquiry button, enter your query and press the  Enquire button to submit your query.
